Here too.

She looks especially plump here. These were taken while I was staying at my parents while Bob went to Maine to take care of some school stuff.

Are we done yet?

mua ha ha, camera looks tasty!

I like this photo for some reason. She looks like she wants to eat you or something.

This is an outfit I wore when I was six months. Since this was her five month birthday you can see that she is a lot bigger than I was. Other than that, Baby Me and Lilli look a lot alike.

This was the first day that Lilli said "mama"! She didn't necessarily know what she was saying, as some were quick to point out, but that's ok! I'll take it!

Belly full. . .Lilli. . .tired. . . This was taken at Lummi.

This was the night of my mom's award: the very special Japanese Foreign Minister's Commendation Commemorating the 150th Anniversary of Commodore Perry's arrival in Japan. This was the first time I left Lilli with Bob more for than an hour or so. Around hour three he called to check up on us, around hour four he was starting to get worried, and the last few minutes he called like three times! I can't blame him. There's only so much you can do without boobs.

This was the "I want to eat EVERYTHING" stage, which is ongoing. . .

Don't mess with me.

Another family shot.

She's going in for the kill. . .Daddy's tasty wrist.

Daddy and Lilli

Family photo (plus Mr. Squirrel snuck in there)

Tasty finger!

I love this expression.

A nice smile.

hmmm, not sure how she feels about all this.

Very coy.

cute!

Lilli's Easter series. She was a ten days from being five months old.

For the longest time Lilli has seemed to me to be a kind of larva. A very cute and delightful larva, but completely dependent on me for everything and not doing much in the way of purposeful movement. But today, as though she'd had some kind of an epiphany, she just kind of reached out and tried to grab one of the toys in her gym. Up to now, she'd just kind of stared at them, and sometimes swiped them when she was flailing about. But now a new era of purposeful reaching has begun!
